Emaar Properties to build new towers as part of Dubai Creek Residences Development

Emaar Properties, the regions largest developer, plans to build two towers as part of its Dubai Creek Residences project, the company said in a statement.

 

As many as 240 luxury units will be offered for sale in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Nov 15, 2014, it said. The towers  will have 30 to 35 floors with units range between 880 sq feet to 2, 154 sq feet, it added.

 

Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding launched on Oct 27 the new development, which is part of Mohamed Bin Rashid City.

 

The 6 million sq meters Dubai Creek project is a multi-purpose development which will include the worlds tallest twin towers, a commercial district and other developments.
