AL-KHODARI SIGNS JV AGREEMENT WITH BALFOUR BEATTY AND SAUDI KIER CONSTRUCTION

With reference to the earlier announcement of 27/07/2011, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of a joint venture agreement on 30/01/2012 with ِboth Balfour Beatty Group Ltd and Saudi Kier Construction Limited for the submittal jointly for the construction of the railway link from Ras Al Khair to Jubail, and executing this project jointly if awarded. The company will make an announcement if awarded the project. This joint venture agreement has no financial impact till now.
