CEO of Emaar EC: Launching 5 new projects in the upcoming months:

The CEO of Emaar Economic City Company said that the company is about to launch more than 5 new residential projects within few months.

Mr. Fahd Alrasheed added that the Company’s liquidity position is strong emphasizing that the most important challenge the company faces is sales specially that most sales transactions’ results are not included in every quarter’s results which is the main reason for sales fluctuations from a quarter to another.

Emaar EC is developing 5000 residential units for various segments ranging from low-income and middle income segments to high- income earners. The company is also developing 28m square meters of industrial land to meet the demand from this sector; the CEO added.
