eXtra names Abdullah Al​-​Fawzan board chairman

United Electronics Company (eXtra) said on Wednesday that its board of directors has named Abdullah A. Al-Fozan as board chairman for the upcoming ​three-year ​term.

Main committees were also restructured during the meeting for the ​coming term, which ​began on April 27, the company said ​in a ​statement to Saudi Arabia’s bourse.
