Lebanon’s ACC wins Emaar contract to build Dubai tower

Dubai-listed Emaar Properties has awarded Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Co. (ACC) an AED 800 million contract to build the Boulevard Point Tower in Dubai’s Downtown district.

The 63-floor residential tower will be built next to The Address Residence Fountain Views, another Emaar project which is under construction.

Singapore’s DP Architects has been selected as the consultant, and Dubai-based contractor International Foundations Group is said to be working on the substructure.

In 2014, the Dubai-based developer awarded AED 3 billion contract to ACC to build the adjacent Fountain Views project. The development includes three luxury overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.
