King Salman restructures CMA board

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Bin Abdulaziz has issued a royal decree to restructure the board of directors of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the market regulator said in an official statement on Sunday.

 

Mohammed El Kuwaiz will be appointed as chairman of the board and Youssef Al Balheed was selected as vice chairman.

 

The board will also include Ahmed Al Rajeh, Khaled Al Hamoud, and Khaled Al Saliee as board members for a period of five years.
