Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing on Monday launched 1,952 residential units in Jeddah, priced at a minimum of SAR 373,750 each, as part of the off-plan program in partnership with the private sector, state news agency SPA reported.
The new units, located on Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul-Aziz street (old Tahlia), will be delivered within a three-year period from signing the contract.
The ministry has also started inviting beneficiaries of the housing subsidy program to make initial bookings, SPA said.
