Saudi Paper elects board members for new term

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s shareholders on Tuesday elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term that started April 27, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board will include Hassan Asiree, Badr Al Saliee, Abdu Rahman Al Ubaid, Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Anzi, Mousa A. Al Mousa, AbdulKareem bin Mohammed Al Nuhair, Fahad Al Sheaibi and Mohammed A. M. Al Manea.

 

During the meeting, shareholders also approved audited financial statements, audit report, and board report for fiscal year 2017.

 

Meanwhile, the assembly selected Al Bassam and Al Namer Allied Accountants as an external auditor to audit the interim and annual financial statements 2018.

 

In addition, related party transactions were approved for one year during the meeting.
