Alujain’s e-voting on general assembly agenda starts today

Alujain Corporation (Alujain) said that shareholders can start e-voting on the ordinary general assembly’s agenda from 10 am to 4 pm today through Tadawulaty website.

 

The upcoming general assembly meeting will be held on Aug. 9 at Hilton’s DoubleTree Hotel in Riyadh, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Yesterday, Alujain said it is still awaiting the National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET), in which it owns a 57.4 percent stake, to submit its results, so that it can disclose its financial statements for Q2 2018.

 

NATPET was late to hold its annual general assembly meeting, which delayed appointing its external auditor, it added.
