Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing has inked two agreements with two real estate developers to build nearly 10,000 residential units in Jeddah, under the eight phase of the Sakani program.
The two projects will be delivered in three years, according to a statement on the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The first project comprises 7,000 housing units, while the second development offers 2,784 units.
A total of 46 projects comprising 66,600 housing units have been launched under the Sakani program, at prices ranging between SAR 250,000-750,000.
