Bawan shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Dec. 24

Bawan Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Dec. 24, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

They will also vote on the related party transactions to take place with Al Fozan Holding Co. and will delegate the company’s board to conclude all agreements related to the proposed acquisition deal of Arno Plastic Industries Co.
