SADAFCO to open e-voting on general meeting items on Dec. 14

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Friday Dec. 14, 2018, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until Dec. 18, 2018, the statement added.  

 

The extraordinary general meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
