Abu Dhabi Crown Prince among Time's 100 most influential people

Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has been named among the '100 Most Influential People' of 2019 by Time magazine.

Other Arab personalities that are part of the list include the Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah.

The list, currently in its 16th year, highlights influential personalities across government, business, entertainment, health, sports and science.

 

The list featured the top 100 most influential people under five categories, namely pioneers, artists, leaders, icons and titans.

 

A number of global leaders were also named in 2019’s list. This includes US President Donald Trump, China’s Xi Jinping, Pope Francis, Pakistan Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, New Zealand’s PM Jacinda Ardern, and Ethiopian PM Abiy Ahmed.

Other notable personalities include Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson, Nancy Pelosi, Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Tiger Woods, Mukesh Ambani, among others.
