Tadawul to list SAR 2.7 bln debt instruments under previously-listed class

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) approved a request from the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments worth SAR 2.7 billion starting June 27.

 

 A request was submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for instruments from a class already listed.

 

Tadawul will raise the issuance dated July 10, 2018 by SAR 1.1 billion to SAR 3.25 billion.

 

The value of the issuance dated Feb. 12, 2019 will be increased by SAR 345 million to SAR 9.8 billion, while the issuance dated March 15 will be boosted by SAR 1.29 billion to SAR 5.66 billion.
