Passenger satisfaction at Saudi airports hits 73% in June: GACA

Passenger satisfaction rate at Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madinah airports hit 73 percent in June 2019, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) said. 

 

The passenger satisfaction rate with services at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport declined 1 percent month-on-month (MoM) to 74 percent in June. 

 

It also decreased 2 percent MoM to 60 percent at King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah. 

 

In Dammam’s King Fahd International Airport and Madinah’s Prince Mohammad bin Abdul Aziz International Airport, the passenger satisfaction rate stood at 73 percent and 77 percent, respectively.

 

GACA surveyed 774,000 passengers in June, of whom 561,000 persons showed a positive response.
