SGS to pay H1 2019 dividend on Sept. 2

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) will pay cash dividend for the first half of 2019 on Sept. 2, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Aug. 6, 2019, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company added.

 

In July, SGS declared a 10 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 188 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
