GACA invites firms to prequalify for projects in 22 Saudi airports

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has invited firms to prequalify for operating a number of commercial projects in 22 airports in the Kingdom.

 

These airports include Abha Domestic Airport, Jizan Regional Airport, Gassim Regional Airport, Hail Regional Airport, Tabuk Regional Airport, Taif Regional Airport, Yanbu Airport, Najran Domestic Airport, Bisha Domestic Airport, Al Jouf Airport, Al-Ahsa International Airport, Gurayat Domestic Airport, Sharurah Domestic Airport, Al-Baha Domestic Airport, Wadi al-Dawasir Domestic Airport, Rafha Domestic Airport, Turaif Domestic Airport, Arar Domestic Airport, Al Qaisumah/Hafr Al Batin Airport, Turaif Domestic Airport, and Al ‘Ula/ Prince Abdul Majeed bin Abdulaziz Domestic Airport.

 

Contracts will last for three years, and bidders can submit expressions of interest as of Oct. 7 – 11, 2019, while bids can be submitted as of Oct. 14-16, 2019.

 

The tendered activities will include:

 

- Car rent

- Food services

- Banking services

- Transportation services

- Hotel reception

- Operating fuel stations

- Operating VIP/Business terminals

- Gift shops/supermarkets and pharmacies
