Arabian Aramco invites Sukuk holders for special meeting

Arabian Aramco Total Services Company has invited Sukuk certificate holders for a special meeting to amend their rights under the relevant documents pursuant to Article 125 of the Companies Regulations, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

The special meeting is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2019 at 11 AM (Riyadh time) at meeting room no. 1 of the head office of HSBC Saudi Arabia, located at Al-Murooj District, Olaya Street in Riyadh.

 

The background of the meeting, the agenda and other supplementary materials will be sent by the certificate holders’ agent to the certificate holders on or about the date of this notice, the company’s statement to Tadawul added.
