Riyadh firm unveils multi-channel platform to boost customer engagement

Riyadh-headquartered cloud platform, unifonic, has launched an enhanced multi-channel platform that empowers businesses to engage with customers through a portfolio of business applications and a single API for SMS, voice and instant messaging apps.

 

Targeting the call from businesses to better engage with their customers across a multitude of communications channels, unifonic developed the enhanced multi-channel platform to provide a heightened customer engagement that removes the traditional one-way conversation and enables customers to be interactive with brands on their preferred channel.
