Taleem REIT Fund will pay 1.6 percent dividend, at SAR 0.16 per unit for Q3 2019 for the period from July 1 to Sept. 30, 2019, amounting to SAR 8.2 million, fund manager Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend, which accounts for 1.55 percent of net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2018, will be distributed within 15 business days.
