Herfy Food Service Co. said in a bourse statement that Al Rajhi Bank will start on Thursday, Oct. 24, distributing H1 2019 dividend to shareholders by crediting such dividends to eligible shareholders’ accounts.
For shareholders, who are non-resident foreigners, 5 percent of the dividends paid will be deducted as withholding tax, according to the provisions of the Zakat and Income Tax regulations, the company added.
On Sept. 12, Herfy’s board of directors recommended a 10 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 1.0 per share, amounting to SAR 64.68 million, Argaam reported.
