Al Kathiri announces latest developments on Alian factory

Al Kathiri Holding Co. has announced in a bourse statement the latest developments of Alian Industrial Co.’s factory in Sudair city.

 

The company has clarified to its shareholders the dates of previous announcements in this regard.

 

On Oct. 2, 2019, Alian signed a loan agreement with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) to finance a new plant in Sudair city.

 

On June 18, Alian received an initial approval from SIDF to finance the new plant in Sudair city.

 

On March 10, Al Kathiri announced the approval of the Ministry of Housing on the building technology provided by Alian.

 

In February, the Nomu-listed company announced signing a memorandum of understanding with EMMEDUE (M 2), an Italian company working in the field of modern construction technology.

 

Last December, Al Kathiri inked a MoU with Spain’s Constructora d’Aro for an exclusive franchisee to produce three-dimensional concrete structures.

 

There no financial impact from this statement, the company added.
