Saudi Arabia closes October domestic sukuk issuance worth SAR 7.27 bln

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance has closed its October 2019 sukuk issuance under the government’s riyal-denominated sukuk program, with the issuance size set at SAR 7.27 billion, the ministry said in a statement.

 

The issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:

 

- The first tranche was valued at SAR 1.13 billion maturing in 2025.

 

- The second tranche was worth SAR 654 million maturing in 2030.

 

- The third tranche amounted to SAR 362 million, bringing the total tranche size to SAR 9.471 billion, maturing in 2034.

 

- The fourth tranche was worth SAR 5.119 billion, bringing the total tranche size to SAR 20.615 billion, maturing in 2049.
