UAE’s Azizi Developments eyes offices in Saudi, UK markets

UAE-based developer, Azizi Developments, is planning to open offices in Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and London, its CEO Farhad Azizi said in a statement.

 

“We want to tap into the neighboring high-growth markets and matured overseas ones to demonstrate that a UAE real estate firm can develop world-class projects across the globe,” Azizi said while unveiling plans for 2020 and beyond.

 

The developer unveiled potential diversification and global expansions; and a host of new products and marketing activities to attract customers that show increasing demand, in line with Expo 2020.

 

“We plan to diversify by expanding vertically into hospitality, leasing, facility management and brokerage services. With our current portfolio, landbanks and strategic partnerships, we are well-positioned to enter these markets,” Azizi commented.
