Maharah appoints new board member

Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors appointed on Feb. 19 Haitham Almulhim as an independent board member, effective today, Feb. 20, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Almulhim will remain in office until the end of the current board term on Apr. 30, 2021.

 

Almulhim has long experience in local and international legal services, and worked in several local and international companies.

 

The new appointment will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
