Mulkia Gulf REIT to pay dividend on March 24

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund said it will pay cash dividend for the first 2 months of 2020 on March 24, 2020.

Shareholders of record on March 5, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Earlier this month, Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund said it would pay a 1.2% cash dividend for the 2-month period from Jan. 1, 2020 until March 1, 2020, at SAR 0.12 per unit, according to data compiled by Argaam.
