Eastern Cement opens board membership nominations

Eastern Province Cement Co. opened today, August 9, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 29, 2021.

 

The company will elect nine board members, of whom three are independent.

 

Nominations will be received until Sep. 9, 2020, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
