Aldrees shareholders to elect new board on Nov. 16

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on electing board members for the next three-year term starting Dec. 22, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on Nov. 16, 2020.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit commit and setting its members’ remunerations for the new term starting from Dec. 22, 2020.

 

The new board, to be chaired by Adel Al Otaibi, will include Eid Al Shamri, Khalid Al-Khwaiter and Saad Aldrees.

 

Shareholders of record at the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) at the end of trading day before the meeting date are entitled to attend the meeting.
