Eastern Cement shareholders to elect new board on Dec. 15

Eastern Province Cement Co. shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term in the ordinary general meeting scheduled for Dec. 15, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new term will start from Jan. 29, 2021, until Jan.28, 2024.

 

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services as of Dec. 11, the statement added.
