MIS signs agreement with InTouch Health to create virtual clinics

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, Feb. 21, 2021 an agreement with InTouch Health Co., part of Teladoc Health Group, a global leader in telemedicine technology used by the world's largest health service providers.

 

According to a bourse statement, MIS aims to create virtual clinics through a digital system using cloud technology, in order to provide virtual health and medical services inside and outside the Kingdom.

 

The service is expected to be launched in Q3 2021.

 

MIS said it cannot determine the financial impact and its date until obtaining the necessary approvals and requirements from the competent official authorities.

 

There are no related parties in this agreement, the company noted, pointing out that any material developments will be announced in due course.
