Mulkia Investment Co. announces availability of valuation reports for Mulkia Gulf REIT for 2020

Mulkia Investment Co. announced the availability of annual valuation reports for Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for 2020, it said in a bourse statement.

 

The reports are prepared by two independent valuers, ESTNAD Real Estate valuation office and Valie Real Estate Valuation, which are licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
