Maharah to start e-voting for OGM on June 11

Maharah Human Resources Co. will start on June 11, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 15, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021. They will also vote on audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2020.
