Saudi Arabia records 1,112 COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,112 COVID-19 cases today, July 11, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 501,195, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,189, raising the total number of recovered cases to 482,414 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 10,805, of which 1,418 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 13 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 7,976.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 260, followed by Eastern Province (209), Asir (196), Riyadh (193), and Madinah (51).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 90,790 new tests, bringing the total number of laboratory tests to 22.90 million.

 

Almost 19.73 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the Kingdom to date.
