MIS confirms 3-year duration for deal with Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) clarified that the duration of the project with Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) to operate the comprehensive computer system, main programs and the electronic portal, is three years from the site’s receiving date.

 

According to a bourse filing, MIS indicated that this announcement is in response to the reported inquiries regarding the project’s contractual period.

 

The company asserted its keenness to provide all required information that will help investors to make their investment decisions.

 

On July 15, MIS was awarded a SAR 74.5 million contract by IMSIU, Argaam earlier reported.

 

It pointed out that the contract is forecast to be signed on Sept. 15.
