AXA Cooperative shareholders elect board members for 3-year term

Shareholders of AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term started Aug. 1, 2021, until July 31, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 1.

 

The elected members are Yousef Abalkhail, Omar Aljeraisy, and Hani Al Obaid as independent and Nicolas De Nazelle, Paul Adamson, Ali Abdulla Kanoo, Matthieu Bebear, and Stephen Wagstaff as non-executive.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term, and determine its tasks, rules of work and remunerations for the members and candidates. The elected members are Omar Aljeraisy, Turki Alobilan, and Khalid AlTuraifi.
