Saudi Arabia records 120 COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Saudi Arabia recorded 120 COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 5, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 545,243, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 219, raising the total number of recovered cases to 534,062 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,602, of which 723 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported seven new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,579.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 35, followed by Makkah (22), Eastern Province (14), Jazan (9), and Madinah (8).
