National Housing set to launch two new projects in Riyadh: CEO

Engineer Mohammad Albuty, Chief Executive Officer of National Housing Co. (NHC)

National Housing Co. (NHC) will undertake a 30 million square meter (sqm) project in east of Riyadh, Al Arabiya TV reported, citing Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Albuty.

 

The project is currently in the study and planning phase, Albuty said, adding that a new project of four million sqm will be launched in Shefaa district, south of Riyadh, over the coming few weeks.

 

“We have launched a number of mega projects, and we are working in a number of districts across the Kingdom,” he indicated.

 

The housing firm aims to provide a housing and urban community, with facilities and services representing more than 45%, and which features gardens and green landscape at affordable prices.
