Saudi Arabia records 51 COVID-19 cases on Friday, hit lowest since March 2020

Saudi Arabia recorded 51COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 24, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 546,843, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 59, raising the total number of recovered cases to 535,842(98% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 2,313, of which 271 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported fournew deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,688.

 

Riyadhreported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 14, followed byMakkah(12),Eastern Province (5), and Madinah (4).

 

Saudi Arabia concluded 43,650 new tests over the last 24 hours, and the total number of administered doses increased to 41.37 million.
