Al Sagr expects to disclose H1 2021 financials before Nov. 10

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. expects to publish financial statements for the first half of 2021 before Nov. 10, the company said in a bourse filing today, Sept. 30.

 

The firm is in the process of finalizing the procedures for appointing the auditors and announcing the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to appoint the auditors.

 

The financial impact cannot be determined, resulting from postponing the announcement of the financial results. The impact - if any - will be disclosed in due course.

 

In August, the insurer said it could not disclose its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2021, within the specified time.
