Tihama names Sultan Abdul Azim as Chairman, Ibrahim Al-Shabib as Vice Chairman

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors approved, on Oct. 17, appointing Sultan Abdul Azim as Chairman and Ibrahim Al-Shabib as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the board gave the go-ahead for forming the nominations and remunerations committee, to include the following independent board members: Asma Fattani, Ibrahim Al-Shabib and Sultan Abdul Azim.

 

The board also formed the executive committee to include Asma Fattani, Al-Mu'tasim Billah Allam, Sari Al Mayouf and Salman Al Asmari.

 

The company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed for all purposes related to complying with the CMA Law and its Executive Regulations, to include Chairman Sultan Abdul Azim and Acting CEO Mazen Al Asmari.
