Saudi Cement renames Khalid Al-Rajhi as Chairman, Mohammed El-Khereiji as Vice Chairman

Saudi Cement Co.'s board of directors approved, on Jan. 1, to reappoint Khalid Al-Rajhi (non-executive member) as Chairman and Mohammed El-Khereiji (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman, the cement producer said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the board gave the go-ahead for appointing Mohammed Al-Garni (executive member) as Secretary.

 

The board also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee as well as the executive committee.

 

Representatives were also appointed to represent the company before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to the application of rules and regulations.

 

The audit committee was formed during the ordinary general meeting held on Nov. 24, 2021, for the new term that started on Jan. 1, 2022.
