Edaa implements securities quantity decrease for Saudi Cable

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) implemented securities quantity decrease for Saudi Cable Co. on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Feb. 24.

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to reduce capital by 27.26% to SAR 262.31 million from SAR 360.61 million, to restructure capital and write off the accumulated losses.
