Al-Naqool shareholders to discuss amending some articles of association on June 15

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co.’s (Al-Naqool) shareholders will vote on financial statements, as well as board and auditor reports for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 15.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on discharging the board of directors from liabilities for 2021.

 

They will also discuss amending some articles of association.
