City Cement shareholders to vote on authorizing board to pay interim dividends on June 15

City Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on board and auditor’s reports as well as financial statements for 2021.

 

They will also vote to discharge the board of directors from liability for 2021.

 

Additionally, shareholders will appoint an external auditor to review and audit financial statements or Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.

 

Meeting agenda also includes voting to elect board members for the next three-year session, which begins on June 19, 2022.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for same three-year session, and determine its functions, work controls and rewards of its members.
