Mulkia REIT appoints new auditor

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, based on the approval of its board of directors, made a non-fundamental change, which will be effective as of July 20, the fund manager, Mulkia Investment Co., said in a bourse statement.
 

The change includes updating the provisions related to the appointment of Al Bassam & Co. (PKF) as auditor, replacing Dr Abdelgadir Bannaga and Partners Co - Allied Accountants (RSM).
