Saudi Azm inks SAR 8.13 mln contract with General Commission for Guardianship of Minors

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed, on July 31, a SAR 8.13 million contract with the General Commission for the Guardianship of Trust Funds for Minors and Their Counterparts, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The project aims to maintain and operate government resource systems, update databases, and secure advisory cadres for commission, the statement added.

 

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received today, Aug. 8.

 

This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's financial results for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

 

On July 19, Saudi Azm announced that it has been awarded an operation and maintenance (O&M) agreement worth SAR 8.13 million, covering government resource systems and the updating of its database at the General Commission for the Guardianship of Trust Funds for Minors and their Counterparts, according to data compiled by Argaam.
