MIS signs two agreements worth SAR 32.5 mln with NEOM

Al-Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, May 2, two framework agreements with NEOM, at a total value of SAR 32.5 million (including value-added tax), according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

The first agreement was signed for IT SMP technical resources and networks services, at a value of SAR 14.91 million. Meanwhile, the second agreement was signed for IT SMP operations & service delivery manpower, at a value of SAR 17.6 million.
 

The company indicated that the duration of the two agreements is 36 months, adding that the related financial impact will reflect on financial results for Q2 2023 till Q1 2026.
 

MIS also noted that there are no related parties, saying that the total value of the agreements can be increased if NEOM decides to extend the for additional two years.
