Edaa implements securities increase on SNB

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) increased today, May 10, the number of shares in the accounts of Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) eligible shareholders, according to a statement on Tadawul. 

 

SNB shareholders approved on May 7 a capital increase to SAR 60 billion, or by 33.99%, via a 1-for-3 bonus share distribution, according to Argaam.
