Al Naqool subsidiary expects to start Deer Villa project sales before 2023-end

Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. expects to start selling part of Deer Villa project, owned by its wholly-owned subsidiary Deer Real Estate Co., before the end of 2023, planning to complete the sale of the entire project by H1 2024.

 

Failure to meet the previously announced deadline for the project sales was due to changing some plans to align with the company's strategy, according to a Tadawul statement today, Aug. 23.

 

The project is 70% completed, said the company, adding that there is no increase in the project cost.

 

In October 2022, Al Naqool said Deer Real Estate began marketing its Deer Villa project, adding that the project would be sold in phases between Q4 2022 and Q1 2023. It also had expected the project to be completed in Q2 2023.
