Saudi Arabia signs deal to export 100,000 tons of petrochemicals to India, East Asia

Saudi Arabia signed on Aug. 29 an agreement at Asharqia Chamber to export more than 100,000 tons annually of agricultural and industrial sulfur products to India and East Asian countries, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The volume of investments between Saudi Arabia and India reached $24 billion. Meanwhile, the trade exchange of petrochemicals is estimated at $9.13 billion, and $1.03 billion in agricultural petrochemicals and fertilizers.

 

This volume of investments and trade exchange between the two parties is set to hit $100 billion in the next five years.
